Pittsburgh is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Pittsburgh follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Absolutely loved KavsΓ‘r! The food was incredibly flavorful, authentically prepared, and truly unforgettable. The cozy atmosphere paired with attentive service made the entire experience even more special. We especially enjoyed the Olivier Salad, fresh bread, Nuhot Shurak, and tea - each dish was outstanding. Honestly, Iβd love to come back and try every item on the menu. Exceptional food all around!

Great food. Freshly made everyday. I ordered 4 dishes the owner told me that I will have to get a box to go. It was so delicious that I was almost liking the food of the plates. Definitely highly recommended.

On a cold Pittsburgh day, if youβre looking for something to eat that feels like a warm hug, this is that place. Kavsar is a family-owned restaurant that feels like a hidden local gem and a great escape if you want to try something new. This was my first time having Uzbek food and I really enjoyed it. I ordered the Lagman with beef, Samsa beef, the Kavsar boat with chicken, and a bottle of water. It was definitely a lot of food for one person, but I wanted to try a little of everything and Iβm glad I did. Everything tasted fresh, hearty, and homemade. One tip: donβt get too full on the main dishes. Save room for the Honey Cake for dessert. Itβs absolutely worth it and something you donβt want to miss. If youβre in Pittsburgh and want a cozy spot with great food and welcoming vibes, Kavsar is a fantastic place to check out.

We recently visited this restaurant & tried Uzbek cuisine for the first time, and it was a lovely experience. The restaurant is small but very cozy and nicely maintained, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We started with the manti as an appetizer, which was really good and a great introduction to the cuisine. For the main course, we ordered the beef stroganoff and the Kavsar special beef dish. Both dishes were flavorful, hearty, and very satisfying. The service was good and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a nice experience trying a new cuisine, and this little restaurant definitely made it memorable.
